Consulting

  • Single Consultation: Looking for ideas, direction or feedback?  During our consultation, I’ll give you input, inspiration and resources to help you pull your projects together.  These consultations are especially helpful when you’ve just moved or are ready to start tackling projects.   We can talk about one room, or the entire house, and anything from arranging furniture, to ideas for future upgrades.
  • Project Management:  If you’re working on a few changes, but are leery of working with contractors, or simply don’t have the bandwidth to deal with them, I’ll remove the stress of your project by acting as a liaison for you, and making sure the project stays on schedule.  I’ve been around construction my entire life, and contractor-ease is a language I speak.  I will communicate and oversee the design details, making sure all of your expectations are met or exceeded!
  • Materials Selection: Are you remodeling a kitchen, bath, or making general home improvements, and need help selecting your materials?  I’ll work with you on coordinating paint, flooring, and everything in between.  Attention to details is what will set your project apart from the others!
  • Color: Simply painting a room can have a dramatic effect, but hundreds of choices can be overwhelming!  I’ll remove the stress of finding the perfect color, for one room or your entire home, and that includes the exterior.
  • Real Estate Consulting: Selling Your Home?   Then you want it to put it’s best foot forward!  I work with agents and homeowners to showcase the maximum appeal a home has to offer ~ inside and out.  I’ll make an assessment of the full interior, exterior and landscaping of your home, offering suggestions for minor changes that may help your home sell faster!  I’ll also make recommendations on how you can refresh your rooms, allowing them to appear more spacious and inviting.
